Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution and work closely with senior attorneys to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, including auto accidents, premises liability, and other negligence matters
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
Take and defend depositions
- Participate in mediations, hearings, and trials as needed
- Evaluate claims, damages, and settlement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, deadlines, and ethical rules
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia
- 1–5 years of experience in personal injury law preferred (will consider strong candidates with relevant litigation experience)
- Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
